MEI's Training and Support specialists are trained to train you! Years of experience in the newspaper and magazine industries and a commitment to our customers' needs form the cornerstone of our approach. We can do on-site training at your location, or you can visit us here at MEI headquarters. Your training will always be tailored to your unique workflow.

Support you can count on
Our Training and Support specialists have the knowledge and skills to help you resolve software issues and get you where you need to be in the production process. If you're having MEI software problems, don't hesitate to call us at 215-886-5662. If you don't have a support contract, we can bill you at an hourly rate using a credit card. (Sorry, no American Express.) Support is available during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Eastern time).
